Virginia M. Cook, 79, of Eustis, passed away Friday, October 28, 2011. Born in Lisbon, Florida, she was a lifelong resident of Lake County. She owned & operated H & V Restaurant in Eustis and was Baptist. Virginia is survived by her 3 sons, Mun Wildon Cauley, Jr., Lake City, FL, Benjamin John Cauley, Leesburg, FL, Jack Paul Williams, Paisley, FL; daughter, Patricia A. Cauley, Paisley, FL; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis on Monday, October 31, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
