Vincent H. Ratto

Vincent H. Ratto, 74, of Grand Island, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020. Born in Queens, New York, he moved to Grand Island in 1999 from the New York/Pennsylvania Areas. He was an antiques dealer and was a member of a local Baptist Church. Vincent served in the US Army during Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Carmen L. Nieves, Grand Island, FL; 3 step-daughters, Diana (Hill) Robertson, Tavares, FL, Malinda (William) Turrentine, Eustis, FL, Cristina (Jonathan) Perez, Eustis, FL; step-son, Matthew Perez, Tavares, FL; 7 step-grandsons. Private services will be held. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
