Vernon Cannaday

Vernon Cannaday, 89, of Eustis, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020. Born in Helen, West Virginia, he moved to Eustis in 1963 from Mount Dora, Florida. He worked and retired from Lake County School Board as a printer. Vernon was a member and former Deacon at Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis. He loved to square dance and loved to fish. Vernon served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict but never went to Korea. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Eloise Cannaday, Eustis, FL; son, Lyle M. (Lidia) Cannaday, Winter Garden, FL; daughter, Waverly D. (Bradley) Bliss, Eustis, FL; 2 grandchildren, Sara Senna, Baron Cannaday; great-granddaughter, Lillian Senna and 6 other great-grandchildren.
