Tyler Wayne Moore, 30, of Eustis, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021. Born in Eustis, Florida, he graduated from Tavares High School in 2011. Tyler worked for Chick-fil-A, Mt. Dora for 8 years, where he won the 2013 “Community Employee of the Year” Award for his exceptional service. He was a celebrated Special Olympic athlete and a member of the Liberty Lighthouse Church of God, Mount Dora. Tyler was involved in a ministry that served elderly patients in an assigned living facility. Above all else, he possessed a servant’s heart that enabled him to touch an infinite amount of lives. His infectious smile and laugh was like a light in a dark world. Tyler’s legacy of generosity and compassion will live on through those he impacted. Tyler is survived by his mother, Linda Carter, Eustis, FL; father, Nick (Lourdes) Moore, Dona Vista, FL; brother, Ryan (Rebecca) Moore, Daytona Beach, FL; grandparents, Rev. Wayne (Joyce) Carter, Eustis, FL, Suzanne Moore, Zellwood, FL; niece, Rylee Moore; his Chick-fil-A family; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends. Tyler is predeceased by his grandmother, Juanita Carter, Eustis, FL; grandfather Bill Moore, Zellwood, FL. Services will be held at First Baptist Church, Umatilla on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Private interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis.
