Truman Edward McCall

Truman Edward McCall, 71, of Altoona, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2019. Born in and a lifelong of Altoona, Florida. He was a supervisor with Golden Gem Growers for 35 years and a bus driver with Lake County Public Schools for 15 years. Truman loved to flower and vegetable garden, freshwater fishing, riding in his golf cart and taking care of his animals. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Truman is predeceased by his parents 6 sisters and 2 brothers. He is survived by his Wife, Syretha J. McCall of Altoona, FL; Son, Truman Edward McCall, II (Brittanie) of Umatilla, FL; Daughter, Bridget Enz (Chad) of Umatilla, FL; Brother, Blease Ray McCall of Panama City, FL, Donald McCall of Mount Dora, FL and PeeWee McCall of Sanford, FL; Sister, Shirley Slater of Tampa, FL, Lucy Hall of Belleview, FL, and Dorothy Hawks of Eustis, FL; 5 Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandson; and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Umatilla Cemetery Annex, Umatilla.
