Sheila Rodgers Arnold, 74, of Leesburg, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023. Born to the late Frank & Rose (Higginbotham) Counts in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, Sheila moved to Lake County in 1982 from West Palm Beach, FL. She owned & operated her own hair salon and helped to operate several businesses over the years. She very much enjoyed her community and many clubs that she participated in there. Sheila was predeceased by her husband, Harold Arnold and 2 brothers, Frank Counts (Barbara) of Ocala, FL; Steve Counts (Charlene) of Eustis, FL. Sheila is survived by her daughter, Karry Rodgers of Carrabelle, FL; son, Rick Rodgers of Paisley, FL; 2 brothers, Wayne Counts (Pam) of Ocala, FL, Charlie Counts (Sue) of Orlando, FL; 3 grandsons, William, Clay (Alex), Samuel (Leanna), 1 granddaughter Jordan and numerous extended family and friends.
