Sandor Gabor "Alex" Iby, 75, of Leesburg, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015. Born in Budadpest, Hungary, he has lived in Leesburg for over 25 years. Alex owned & operated his own English Horse riding stables. He was Catholic and was a member of the Moose Lodge #874 Of Eustis. Alex is survived by his wife of 35 years, Judy Iby, Leesburg, FL; 2 sons, C.T. Boot, Jacksonville, FL, Peter Iby, Lawndale, CA; 4 daughters, Laurie Bennett, Atlanta, GA, Kimberly Shane, Jacksonville, FL, Trish Hiler, Georgetown, OH, Demi DePompa, Oakland Park, FL; 2 brothers, Zoltan Iby & Ferencz Iby, both of Hungary; sister, Julia Kowalski, Keene, NH; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Mid-Florida Lakes Club House, Leesburg on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
