Sally Ford Toomes

Sally Ford Toomes, 59, of Eustis, FL passed into the arms of Jesus on May 1, 2014. Sally, a servant and follower of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, friend, and Nurse Practitioner at Adult Medicine of Lake County, was survived by: husband, Jim Toomes; parents, Herb and Martha Ford of Eustis; brother, Robert Ford of Houston TX; daughter, Sarah Crow, of Orlando; nieces, Christine, Andrea, Brittany, and Danielle Ford of Houston, TX; step children, Forrest and Clay Toomes and Meredith Toomes Gibbs of Orlando; grandchildren: Kalen Winston of Winter Park, Joshua and Lily Gibbs of Orlando.
Celebration of Life to be held May 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Eustis, where she and Jim are members. She loved and served with her whole heart, mind, and soul and will be dearly missed.
