Ruth M. Frerking

Ruth M. Frerking, 90, of Tavares, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on April 18. 1928. She moved to Tavares in 1971 from Cincinnati. She, with her late husband, Herbert E. Frerking , co-owned Lake Dora Realty, Inc., in Tavares and then later she worked as a Sales Agent with Tyre and Taylor Coldwell Banker, before retiring. Upon retirement, she enjoyed many years of traveling and spending time with her family. She was a member of Lake Haven Church, Eustis. Ruth is survived by her 2 sons, Dr. Dennis E. (Bonnie) Frerking, Branson, MO, Dr. David L. (Annette) Frerking, Tavares, FL; 2 daughters, Linda R. (Dayton) Holt, Henderson, NV, Sara A. Cunningham, Eustis, FL; 2 sisters, Margaret Chasson, Kensington, MD, Lois Maier, Cypress, TX; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. Ruth was a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-love, grandma, and great-grandma. She will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Saturday, March 16, 2019. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 till 11:00 AM., with services at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Tavares Cemetery, Tavares.
