Ruben Junior Scott, 75, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Born in Hartford, Alabama, he moved to Lake County in 1948 from Hartford, Alabama. He was the Sexton at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis for over 25 years. Junior was a member of the Church Of God. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Edna Scott, Eustis, FL; 2 sons, Randy Lee Byrd, Eustis, FL, Randall Joe Byrd, Grand Island, FL; 2 brothers, Robert Scott, Umatilla, FL, David Scott, Umatilla, FL; 2 sisters, Frances Richards, Umatilla, FL, Seible Scott, Claxton, GA; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 6:00 PM. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis.
