Robert A. Young

Robert A. Young, 84, of Tavares, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013. Born in Umatilla, Florida, he was a lifelong resident of Lake County. He was an investment salesman, was a life-member of the Masonic Lodge #234 of Tavares, life-member of the American Legion #76 of Tavares, member of the Order of the Eastern Star #127 of Tavares, member of the Chosin Few and member of First Baptist Church, Tavares. Bob served in the United States Marine Corps during Korea. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Yvette A. Young, Tavares, FL; 2 daughters, Melanie Young, Umatilla, FL, Marna Streetman, Summersville, MO; sister, Marie Shockley, Altoona, FL and granddaughter, Dixie Savannah Streetman.
