Robert Smith

Robert Smith, 86, of Eustis, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010. Born in Roy, New Mexico, he moved to Eustis in 1994 from Coral Springs, Florida. He was a wholesale hardware salesman and a World War II verteran serving in the Marine Corps. Mr. Smith was of Baptist Faith and was a Decon at the Lake Saunders Baptist Church of Mount Dora. He was a former member of the VFW and Past Master of the Preston Lodge #47 of Jonesville, Virginia. He is survived by his Son - Robert D. Smith, Eustis, FL. Services will be held at 3:00 PM, on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at the Lake Saunders Baptist Church, Mount Dora. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, on Saturday from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM. Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
