Robert A. Coon, 76, of Astatula, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016. Born in Lincklaen, New York, he moved to Astatula in 2000 from DeRuyter, NY. He was a mill foreman for DeRuyter Agway and was a Constable of Peace in Pitcher, NY for many years. He attended Astatula Baptist Church. Robert is predeceased by his Parents, Emogene and Neal Coon; Step Mother, Florence Coon; and Son, Jeffrey Coon. He is survived by Wife, Betty June Coon of Astatula, FL; Sons, James Coon of Virgil, NY and John Coon of Whitney Point, NY; Daughter, Janice Coon Moore of Willet, NY; 4 Step-Sons; 1 Step-Daughter; Sister, Beatrice Ingram of Canastota, NY; Half-Sister, Jean Orals of DeRuyter, NY; Half-Brother, Melvin Coon of DeRuyter, NY; Several other Half Brothers and Sisters; Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Many Nieces and Nephews; Many Close Friends and Special Brother-in-law, Fred Raymond.
