Robert Earl "Buster" Cason

Robert Earl "Buster" Cason, 91, of Umatilla, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023. Born in Umatilla, Florida, he was a lifelong resident. He served his country in the US Army, and worked for the Eustis Post Office until his retirement. Buster loved working in his yard and was an avid reader. He always placed an emphasis on the importance of family. Buster is survived by his 4 daughters, Debbie (Brian) Tarmann of Leesburg, FL; Linda Cason of Apopka, FL; Barbara Cason of New Palestine, IN, Lori Cason of Westfield, IN; his brother, James (Suzanne) Cason of Clermont, FL; 2 sisters, Frances Thomas of Ocala, FL, Betty Sue Simpson of Bremen, GA, as well as 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Grand Island Cemetery, Grand Island. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 till 11:00 AM.
