Richard E. Varcoe, 90, of Leesburg, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011. Born in Emmetsburg, Iowa, he moved to Leesburg in the Mid 1970's from Healdsburg, CA. Richard served in the US Navy during World War II. He is survived by his brother, Burton H. Varcoe, Emmetsburg, IA; sister, Bonnie Mae Bickell, Tucson, AZ; nephew, Michael E. Giles, Leesburg, FL.
