Richard Leroy Lockwood, 75, of Tavares, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022. Born in Wewoka, Oklahoma, and served in the US NAVY during Vietnam. He was transferred to Pinecastle Bombing Range in 1970. He was the owner and operator of Central Florida Sealcoating, Inc. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Sarah Lockwood of Tavares, FL; 2 sons, Jeremy Lockwood of Agawam, MA, Chad Lockwood of Leesburg, FL; 2 brothers, Chuck Lockwood of Fruitland Park, FL, Tom Lockwood of Tavares, FL; 3 grandchildren, Kensie Lockwood, Ben Lockwood, Sam Lockwood.
