Richard J. Biddle

Richard J. Biddle, 87, of Eustis, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022. He was born in Palatka, FL and grew up in the Lake City and East Palatka area, graduating from Putnam High School, Palatka in 1953. He retired to Eustis in 1999 from Springdale, AR, after a long career as a general and regional manager in the commercial poultry business. Richard served in the United States Army Reserve and was a member of the Florida Poultry Federation. He enjoyed golfing, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is predeceased by his parents, Homer and Gertrude Biddle, brothers, Charles and Ronald Biddle, sister, Pat Biddle, and daughter, Debra M. Hope. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Margaret Biddle of Eustis, FL; daughters, Cheryl Frazier of Sorrento, FL, Melinda (Paul) Moore of Montverde, FL, and Pamela (Jody) Brown of Debary, FL; son-in-law, Larry Hope of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Donald (Rhonda) Biddle of Maricopa, AZ, sister-in-law, Nancy Biddle, Dayton, TX, 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces/nephews, extended family and friends. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 11:30 AM. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM til 11:30 AM prior to the service.
