Randy James Williams, 51, of Eustis, Florida passed away peacefully on June 27, 2022, surrounded by family and dear friends. Randy grew up in Alburgh, Vermont, a small town about five minutes from the border of Canada. He worked for FedEx Services in the IT department and enjoyed computer gaming, flying airplanes, and reading about World War II. Randy was an exuberant and witty man whose humor was one of a kind. As a matter of fact, his humor was still very much alive when the Hospice nurse was giving medication instructions in the kitchen and he kept shouting from the living room, “Okay, don’t forget your bag! You may go now! It’s time to leave! Tracy, don’t let her sell you a bill of goods!” There are so many funny stories involving Randy and his memorable, animated, and often hilarious antics that they would fill numerous pages. His personality was larger than life and certainly unforgettable. To know him was to love him and everyone who had the privilege of engaging with him always left feeling better for having done so. Randy was predeceased by his brother Duane, his mother Charlene, and his uncle Bailey. He is survived by his wife, Tracy, his three children, Casey, Gabrielle, and James Williams, as well as numerous friends and coworkers who will all miss him dearly. The family requested a celebration of life be held in Randy’s honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Randy’s loved ones to join us in celebrating his beautiful life at Harden Pauli Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM. As one of Randy’s friends so poignantly stated recently, “If love could save a life, Randy would surely still be with us.” I’d like to add though that in reality, love did save his life and that is why Randy lives eternally now in heaven because “. . . The only scars in heaven are on the hands that hold [him] now.” [Casting Crowns - “Scars in Heaven”]. Arrangements by Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis
