Ralph Mac Austin

Ralph Mac Austin, 63, of Tavares, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010. Born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, he moved to Tavares in 1973 from St. Petersburg, FL. He was self employed in a cleaning & painting business. He was the Past Master of the Tavares Masonic Lodge and a member of First Baptist Church, Mount Dora. Ralph served in the US Army during Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Caroline R. Austin, Tavares, FL; daughter, Lisa Bryant, Mount Dora, FL; brother, Wayne S. Austin, Tavares, FL; 3 sisters, Patricia Smalt, Leesburg, FL, Genevieve Parks, Ocala, FL, Susan Cox, Woodbury, TN; granddaughter, Alexis Bryant, Mount Dora, FL. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Vets.
