Philip S. Brewer

Philip S. Brewer, 88, of Tavares, FL passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Born in Winston Salem, NC, he moved to Tavares in the Late 1970's from Miami, Florida. He was a Newspaper Editorial Writer and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, Tavares. He Played football for Duke University when they played in the Rose Bowl in 1942 which had to be played in Durham, NC due to WWII. He is survived by his wife, Earlene Brewer of Tavares, FL.
