Percell Jones “P.J.” Leary, 70, of Tavares, FL passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011. “P.J.” was born in Norfolk, VA to Ruby and Percell Leary, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Frances Davis Leary, daughter, Vickie C. Walters of Merritt Island, FL, son Stephen G. Leary & wife Janie of Grand Island, FL, son Clifford Blaine Leary & wife Tammy of Tavares, FL. “P.J.” is survived by 6 grandchildren Brittany Malone, Corey Walters, Savanna Walters, Chelsea Salisbury, Brandon and Connor Leary, and 3 great-grandchildren, Kaydence, Jaiden and Adrian, 2 step-grandchildren, Michael & Jason Butera; brother, Douglas M. Leary and nephews, Ryan & Madison Leary of Leesburg, FL “P.J.” attended Norview High School in Norfolk, VA and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was an entertainer for more than 50 years and a real estate broker for more than 40 years. He and wife, Frances, founded the talent booking agency, Percell (PJ) Leary & Associates, Inc. He was a fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for than 20 years. He is a member of Family Bible Church in Eustis, FL. A celebration on life for “P.J.” will be held at Family Bible Church, Eustis on Tuesday, March 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM The family requests that in lieu of flowers; please send donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Cornerstone Hospice of Tavares, FL Arrangements by Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, FL
