Peggy M. Smith, 67, of Eustis, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Born in Eustis, Florida, she was a lifelong resident of Lake County. She was an Insurance Secretary and was Baptist. Peggy is survived by her husband, Harry J. Smith, Eustis, FL; 2 daughters, Pamela (James) Pippin, Apopka, FL, Tammy (Hank) Owens, Mount Dora, FL; 3 brothers, Lee McRee, Franklin, TN, Mickey McRee, Jacksonville, FL, Jackie McRee, Bristol, TN; sister, Sharon Carter, Auburndale, FL; 3 grandchildren, Hank Jr., Howard & Taylor; 2 great-grandchildren, Tyler & Bella. Services will be held at Liberty Baptist Church, Tavares on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, at a later date.
