Patrica Blair Hedegard, 74, of Eustis, Florida, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Born in Leatherwood, Kentucky, she moved to Tavares, Florida in 1961. She married her high school sweetheart, Glen Hedegard, in 1968. They first met at the skating rink, a business they would later purchase from Glen’s parents. Together, they owned and operated Roll-Air Skating Center in Mount Dora, Florida from 1977 - 1999. Early in her career, she worked at Barnett Bank in Mount Dora and later for Dr. Alex Bellido as a medical office manager for 23 years in Eustis. Other than a short time living in Germany while Glen served in the Army, they made their life-long family home in Lake County, Florida. Patty enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends, spoiling her granddaughters and dog, Toby, and being an avid reader. The family were members of First Baptist Church Tavares. Patty is survived by daughter, Lisa Gallagher (Danny), Ormond Beach, FL; son, Michael Hedegard, Dallas, TX; sister, Dianne Carver (David), Eustis, FL; two granddaughters, Madison and Regan Gallagher. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Glen Hedegard; her parents, Daphene and Coy Blair Jr.; and her sister, Judy Pierce. The family will receive friends at Harden-Pauli Funeral Home in Eustis with visitation on Saturday, June 1st starting at 10 a.m. and services starting at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
