Oliver Paul Pluta

Oliver Paul Pluta, 39, of Grand Island, Florida, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Born in Poland, his family came to New York in 1986 from Poland and moved to Central Florida in 1994. He was a banker working for PNC Bank. Oliver was a member of the St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church of Eustis, FL. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2005. Oliver and his Uncle Edward shared a special bond and a passion for soccer, specifically the Polish National Team. Oliver is predeceased by his grandma, Zuzanna Pluta; his 2 grandfathers, Ireneusz Pluta, Jozef Brewka; his uncle, Edward Brewka. He is survived by his wife, Stephenie L. Menendez-Pluta, his mom and dad, Lidia and Zbrostaw Pluta; his sister, Mirada Carlone (Thomas Carlone and their children Aster and Emido); his grandmother, Wadystawa Brewka; his aunt, Barbara Brewka (Harry Reddick); his aunt, Bozena, her husband, Wlodek and their sons, his cousins, Alexandra Brewka (Tindaro Fazio), Damian Brewka (Kira Brewka and son David Brewka), Milek Razniak (Sylvia Razniak and their children Maya and David Razniak); a large number of family members still living in Poland and his white lab, Magic. Oliver was loved very much by all of his friends and family and will be greatly missed. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Pine Forest Cemetery, Mount Dora. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
