Nancy P. Massey

Nancy P. Massey, 84, of Eustis, FL passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2009. Born in Somerset, KY, she moved to Eustis, a city she loved, in 1967 from Orlando, Florida with her husband, Gideon Hughes Massey. At his death in 2002 they were married for 60 years. The foundation of their home was based on their faith in Jesus Christ. The strength and love of Mr. and Mrs. Massey is displayed by how close the family still is today. Mrs. Massey was a homemaker and a very active member of Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis, FL. Mrs. Massey was very active with the Eustis High School and served on the committee for the new stadium. She is survived by Sons-Roger Massey of Tavares, FL, G.H. (Bud) Massey, III of Tavares, FL, and Jeff Massey of Chipley, FL; Brothers-Coy Price of Welborn, KY, and Harve Price, Jr. of Xenia, OH; Sisters-Christine Deaton of Dayton, OH, Sister-Hazel James of Cincinnati, OH, and Mildred Delk of Dayton, OH, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Bay Street Baptist Church on Friday, September 18, 2009, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6 PM to 8 PM.
