Peaden, Thomasville, NC; brother, Joel Health, Eustis, FL; 3 sisters, Trina Holden, Sorrento, FL, Donna House, Leesburg, FL, Jennifer Erskine, Strawberry Plains, TN; parents, Herbert & Beverly L.
