Marvin Lee Hoffman, a very loving husband and father, passed away on January 3, 2018 in Florida at the age of 79. Marvin was born at home in Abilene, Kansas on February 19, 1938 to Willamette (Sheets) and Edward Hoffman. Marvin was predeceased by his Parents, 2 Brothers and 2 Sons. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Carolyn Hoffman, 3 children, Marcus, Ricky, Vickie and their spouses, 2 Step-Children, Darlene Ledford and Timothy Stephenson and their spouses; 2 Step-Daugters, Sherry and Lavina Simpson; 2 Sisters and spouses, Joan and Eddie, Ileta and Darrell; 2 Brothers and spouses Edwin and Linda and Dwight and Leslyealong with 13 Grand-Children and 14 Great Grand-Children. Marvin worked in the broadcasting and communications field as a radio station engineer for KNCK Concordia, KS, and for stations in Beloit, KS, Clay Center, KS, Glen Elder, KS, Belleville, KS and Superior, NB. Marvin enjoyed his work and his family. He was also a member of the American Legion. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
