Martha J. Hammerling, 67, of Grand Island, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011. Born in Hornersville, Missouri, she moved to Central Florida in 1976 from St. Joseph, MI. She was a retired telephone operator and was a member of First Baptist Church of Eustis. She is survived by husband - Erwin Hammerling of Grand Island, FL; Son - Jeffery Hammerling of Lake Mary, FL; Daughter - Patricia LaMarche of Minneola, FL; and Grandchildren - Garrett, Jacob, Shawn and Brittany.
