Martha Lee Stone Glidewell, 90, of Tavares, passed away Monday, June 22, 2020. Born in Linadel, Florida to the late Ollie Columbus Stone and Ruby Eleanor (McCraney) Stone, she was a lifelong resident of Lake County. She was a Homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Tavares. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Gloria Glidewell of Tampa, FL, Jennifer Glidewell of Tavares, FL; 3 brothers, Wilber Stone of Bell Buckle, TN, Donald Stone of Clermont, FL, Herschel Stone of Inverness, FL, 8 grandchildren: Lisa, Bart, Mandy, John, Melanie, Joseph, Christopher and Katie; 18 great-grandchildren, Misty, Jessica, Dakota, Tyler, Abigail, Shawn, Lynda, Brooke, Clara, Evan, Natalie, Elissa, Olivia, Arleigh, Liam, Jovani, Jazmine and Aiden and 12 great-great grandchildren: Austin, Angeline, Laila, Elek, Rowan, Reya, Nora, Scarlet, Azreal and Sheppard. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, William "Tee" Thomas Glidewell; daughter, Linda Glidewell Berto; brother, James Stone and granddaughter, Brittany Ayala. Martha will be buried at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis next to her husband.
