Lubbert William Van Dellen, 94, of Eustis, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he moved to Eustis in 1988 from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was a Christian Reformed Church Minister and was a member of the Orlando Oasis Community Church. He served in the US Army in Europe during World War II. He was a member of the Kiwanis, Republican National Committee and was the Chaplain at Leesburg Health & Rehab Center. He is survived by his wife, Charmian Powell Van Dellen, Eustis, FL; 2 sons, David W. (Sharolyn) vanDellen, Paint Lick, KY, Lubbert J. (Jayna) Van Dellen, Scotts, MI; daughter, Geneva A. Castleberg, Apopka, FL; 3 sisters-in-law, Eleanor Spykman, Grand Rapids, MI, Frona Hendriksen, Ormond Beach, FL, Barbara Voshel, Grand Rapids, MI; 11 Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild. Services will be held at First Presbyterian Church, Eustis on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 3-6 PM.
