Louise Retey Jones

Louise Retey Jones, 99, of Umatilla, Florida, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she moved to Eustis, Florida in 1950. Prior to her retirement, Louise was a receptionist working for The Martin Marietta Corporation. She loved gardening and bird watching. She was a member of Lake Eustis Christian Church previously known as the 1st Church of Christ of Eustis. Louise is survived by her Nieces and Nephews, Corey (Susie) Bartholomew of Umatilla, FL, Gina (Billy) Martin of Sterling, VA, Zach (Nikki) Bartholomew of Miami FL., Sarah Bartholomew of Washington D.C., John (Caroline) Retey of Ocala, FL, Barbara (Grant) Carter of Mountain Home, AZ; Richard Retey of Eustis, FL., Step-Daughter, Cindy (Dave) Snow of Altoona, FL; and by numerous extended family and friends. Louise is predeceased by her husband Ercel Jones. Graveside services will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 3:30 PM. Flowers are accepted.
