Louis Edward Miller, 83, of Astor, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Born in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, he moved to Astor in 1985 from Lynwood, IL. He was a Boilermaker, was the past-commander of the VFW Post #9986 of Astor, member of the Masonic Lodge #1166 in Oak Lawn, IL and loved Hunting & Fishing. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He is survived by his brother, Louis Michael Miller, Deland, FL. a memorial service will be held at VFW Post #9986, Astor on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
