Leon Michael Hamilton

Leon Michael Hamilton, 72, of Grand Island, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016. Born in Miami, Florida, he moved to Grand Island in 2011 from Freeport, Bahamas. He was owner and operator of an Aggregate Company in the Bahamas prior to his retirement. Mr. Hamilton is a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, York Rite and was a Shriner. He is survived by his Wife, Toni Hamilton of Grand Island, FL; Son, Bennet Michael Hamilton of Australia; Daughters, Sarah Ann Freebody of Australia and Kathryn Michele Hamilton of Abaco, Bahamas; Brother, Jim Hamilton of the Bahamas; Sisters, Peggy Venter of Clearwater, FL and Holly Hamilton Rose of Maryland. Memorial Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
