LeeRoy E. Finke

LeeRoy E. Finke, 91, of Mount Dora, FL passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2010. Born August 4, 1918 in Dubois County, IN. Prior to his moving to Mount Dora, FL in 1983 he had been a resident of Evansville, IN since 1939. He married Nellie Schnuck on April 19, 1941. Mr. Finke was an active member of the Masonic Lodge, Shriner and of the Scottish Rite in Evansville, IN and with the Tavares, FL Chapters. Mr. Finke was active with the American Cancer Society. He is survived by Wife of 68 years, Mrs. Nellie C. Finke of Mount Dora, FL; Sister-in-Law Verna Finke of Madison, IN; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Harden-Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis, on Thursday, January 7, 2010, at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
