Lawrence Anson Cottle, Jr., 57, of Tavares, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, August 3, 2020. Born in Folkston, Georgia, he moved to Florida in 1963 and to Lake County in 1998 from High Springs, Florida. He was an extremely proud parent and fiercely protected his family at all costs. Anson found faith in his renewed relationship with God and loved attending First Baptist Church, Leesburg. He loved fishing with his best friend and bride of 35 years, which he refered to as "Baby Girl". Anson was a commercial construction superintendent and loved working for Brasfield & Gorrie. He also had weird but great sense of humor that will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his son, Kevin R. Cottle in 2016. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Pam Cottle of Tavares, FL, mother, Barbara Cottle of Franklin, VA, 2 sons, Kristopher (Tiffany) Cottle of Tavares, FL, Thomas Cottle of Tavares, FL; daughter, Krystal (Doug) Roberts of Tavares, FL; 9 grandchildren, Jordan, Kamden, Payton, Dallas, Kristopher, Jr., Nick, Aaron, Dawson and Roman. Services will be held at First Baptist Church, Leesburg on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Tavares Cemetery, Tavares. The family will receive friends at the Church prior to the service from 9:30 till 10:00 AM. Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research at
