Kenneth Halbert Birkhofer

Kenneth Halbert Birkhofer, 68, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Born in Ayrshire, Scotland, he moved to Florida in 1980 from Levittown, Pennsylvania. He served his country in the US Coast Guard. He is survived by his 2 sons, Ken Birkhofer, Eustis, FL, David Birkhofer, Catawba, NC; sister, Orma Bowen, Kirkwood, PA; 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert. Military graveside services will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 9:00 till 9:30 AM.
