Joyce Virginia Tedford

Joyce Virginia Tedford, 74, of Leesburg, passed away Tuesday, December 08, 2015. Born in Leesburg, Florida, she was a lifelong resident of Lake County. She worked with Pearl Florist from 1957-1959 then with Lakeshore Acres Restaurant from 1959-1975. Later she was with Millers Grocery in Eustis and Lakeview Terrace of Altoona until her retirement in 1987 She loved her family, being home, cane pole fishing and playing the organ. Joyce is survived by her husband, Harvey R. (Dick) Tedford, Leesburg, FL; son, James R. (Dawn) Scragg, Eustis, FL; daughter, Amy D. (Greg) Rich, Eustis, FL; 2 sisters, Glennis and Barbara; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her 2 daughters, Paula Cutler, Holly Hoskinson; twin-sister, Louise (Cookie) McQuaig. Services will be private for family only.
