Joyce E. Miller, 86, of Umatilla, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Born in Miami, Florida, she moved back to Florida in 1981 from San Bernardino, California. Before her retirement, she worked as a hospital nurse. Joyce is survived by her 2 sons, Joe (Betty) Varner, Covington, GA, Wes (Carolyn) Varner, Fort Walton Beach, FL; sister, Carolyn Crabtree, Wayzata, MN; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
