Joseph Roy "Joe" Puckett, 88, of Tavares, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he moved to Tavares in 1994 from Maggie Valley, North Carolina. He worked as a pharmacist. Joe was a member of Adventure Christian Church, Tavares and a former member of Lake Eustis Christian Church, Eustis. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Donna L. Puckett, Tavares, FL; son, Joseph R. (Shawna) Puckett, II, Gainesville, FL; daughter, Diane E. Faulk, Dacula, GA; 2 grandchildren, Jason Faulk and Andrew Puckett. Services will be held at Adventure Christian Church, Tavares on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Tavares Cemetery, Tavares.
