Joseph "Joey" Michael Sabatini, 33, of Eustis, FL, passed away Friday, April 10th, 2020. Born in Smithtown, NY in 1986, he moved to Eustis in 1991 from East Northport, NY. Joey was a chef specializing in Italian cuisine. He was the recipient of Zagat's "2015 30-Under-30 Best Chefs in Denver, CO." Joey's three passions in life were in order: Family, Food and Fishing. Joey is survived by his Parents, Joseph and Filomena Sabatini of Eustis, FL; Maternal Grandparents, Joseph and Beatrice Carillo of Tavares, FL, Brothers, Anthony Sabatini of Howey In The Hills, FL and Jarrett Sabatini of St. Petersburg, FL; He is predeceased by his Paternal Grandparents, Joseph and Edith Sabatini.
