Joseph E. Bass, 56, of Tavares, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011. Born in Leesburg, Florida, he was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He is survived by his brother, Edward D. Bass, Mount Dora, FL; nephew, Edward D. Bass, II, Apopka, FL; niece, Ginger Shivers, Tavares, FL; 2 great-nephews, Andrew Shivers, Tavares, FL, Matthew Shivers, Tavares, FL. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Lone Oak Cemetery, Leesburg.
