John Howard Holmes

John Howard Holmes, 75, of Leesburg, FL, passed away Friday, April 30, 2010. Born in Cumberland, Maryland, he moved to Leesburg in 2000 from Whippany, NY. He was an owner and operator of an audio visual business and was a member of the St. Andrews Lutheran Church, of Parsippany, NJ. Mr. Holmes is an U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Amvets, the American Legion and of the Coast Guard Aux. He is survived by his Wife - Virginia L. Holmes, Leesburg, FL; Son - John R. (Kathleen) Holmes, Easton, PA; Daughter - Vicky L. (James) Kane, Hopatcong, NJ and Grandchildren - Christine, Sean, Thomas J., Lauren, and Ryan. Services will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL on Tuesday, May 04, 2010 at 2:00 PM.
