Jennie Ann Carlisle age 47. Born April 4, 1969 passed away October 21, 2016. Jennie is survived by her mother Carolyn Carlisle, sisters Joyce Becerra, Becky Carlisle and fiancé Tom Mosier. Jennie was a homemaker that love to shop for knick knacks, love flowers, gardening, her family and her dog "Cracker". Jennie lived with her son Stevie Martin, Kathy and Charlie Edgar for numerous years before becoming engaged to Tom. Celebration of Life will be Friday, October 28, 2016, 4:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Umatilla. Everyone is welcomed.
