Janice Ann Richter, 65, of Umatilla, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020. Born in Eustis, Florida, she was a lifelong resident of Lake County. Janice worked for many years for Waterman Village as a housekeeper. She is survived by her 2 sons, Shannon C. Richter, Eustis, FL, Chris Richter, Umatilla, FL; daughter, Teresa Richter, Hickory, NC; 3 brothers, Thomas Lee Creamer, Clearwater, FL, Mackey Wayne Creamer, Umatilla, FL; sister, Grace J.
