Jane D. Andrus

Jane D. Andrus, 92, of Tavares, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017. Born in Norwalk, Connecticut, she moved to Tavares in 1958 from Wilton, Connecticut. She was the Founder of Eustis Flower Shop 1963-1971. Jane loved gardening at her summer home in Otto/Franklin, North Carolina. She traveled on many Windjammer Sailing Ship Cruises. Jane was a past member of the Union Congregational Church, Tavares. She was an Girl Scout Adult Leader for over 15 years in Georgetown, Connecticut & Tavares, Florida. Jane is survived by her husband, Charles Andrus, Tavares, FL; son, Lee R. Andrus, Sr., Lake Placid, FL; daughter, Janel A. Burchett, Tavares, FL; brother, Herbert J. Dunlop, Arkansas; 4 grandchildren, Rob Burchett, Randy Andrus, Jr., Brant Burchett, Becky Burgoon; 7 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
