James "Jim" Merlyn Williams

James Merlyn Williams, 83, of Grand Island, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Born in East Liverpool, Ohio, he moved to Grand Island in 1988 from Wellsville, Ohio. He was a Realtor with Century 21 Pendergast Group of Tavares, FL. James was Past Master of the Mount Dora Lodge of the Free and Accepted Masons; a member of the 32degree Scottish Rite of Free Masonry- Valley of Orlando; Bahia Shrine of Orlando; and Past Exalted Ruler of the B.P.O.E. 1040 of Wellsville, OH. He is survived by his Wife, Ila Williams of Grand Island, FL; Sons, James M Williams, Jr. of West Virginia, and Daniel L. Williams of Wellsville, OH; Daughters, Nancy Fordham of Sylvania, OH, Roxie Harbert of Houston, TX, Kaye Deane Hansen of Shreveport, LA and Laura Ashley Williams of Winter Park, FL; Stepson, Steve Oldfield of Naples, FL; Sisters, Margie Miller of Wellsville, OH and Martha Horner of Los Altos, CA; and Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Masonic Rites will be held at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends prior from 1:00 PM till service time.
