James "Jim" Victor Kennedy

James Victor "Jim" Kennedy, 67, of Mount Dora, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013. Born in Eustis, Florida, he was a lifelong resident of Lake County. He was a Fireman serving 33 years with the Eustis Fire Department and retired in 2001 as Engineer. Jim was a lifetime member of the Eustis Elks Lodge and was a graduate of the Eustis High School Class of 1965 and served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Rose Ann Kennedy of Mount Dora, FL; 3 sons, Brian Kennedy of Sylva, NC, Robert Ethridge of Eustis, FL and Bo Williamson of Perry, FL; 3 daughters, Lynn Kennedy of Dallas, TX, Bertie Koczan of Mount Dora, FL, and Brandy Green of Mount Dora, FL; sister, Betty Landers of Tampa, FL; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Thursday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 PM.
