James F. Neal, 75, of Astatula, FL, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020. Born in Zanesville, Ohio, he moved to Astatula in 1992 from Zephryhills, Florida . He was a plumber and enjoyed fishing. He is preceded in death by his wife, Miriam B. Neal. He is survived by his sisters, Ruth Havens and Shirley Dixon of Ohio. Memorial donations may be made to Vitas Hospice.
