James Perry Moore Jr.

James Perry Moore, Jr., 82, of Tavares, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014. Born in Alma, Georgia, he moved to Tavares in 1958 from Orlando, Florida. He was a Driving Instructor for Lynx in Orlando and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, Tavares. James served in the Marine Corps & US Navy during Korea. He is survived by his son, James P Moore, III, Zephyrhills, FL; daughter, Tina Miles, Tavares, FL; 2 step-daughter, Genelda Sulouff, Norfolk, VA, Pamela Carter, Middleburg, FL; brother, Eugene Moore, Orange City, FL; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Ruleme Center, Eustis. Interment will be at New Hope Church Cemetery, Tallahassee, Florida.
