James R. Khoenle, 89, of Eustis, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022. Born in Warren, Ohio, he moved to Eustis in 2009 from Champion, Ohio. He worked as a steel worker and was a member of St. William Catholic Church, Champion, OH. James is survived by his wife of 62 years, Martha E. Khoenle, Eustis, FL; son, James W. (Paula) Khoenle, Umatilla, FL; 2 daughters, Joan Elizabeth (Ian) Peabody, Eustis, FL, Jacqueline Lee Khoenle, Eustis, FL; brother, William Khoenle, St. Cloud, FL; 3 sisters, Ruth Conley, Port Orange, FL, Janet Laughter, Deland, FL, Marilyn Gehring, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 3 grandchildren, Jannessa Olena Khoenle, Marrianna Bowman, Edward Cook; 5 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Alena, Addison, Ryder, Noah. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Karlowicz. Interment will be held at All Souls Cemetery, Cortland, OH. Memorial donations may be made to Catholic Charities.
